The development needed to communicate its quality and positioning to buyers in one of Vienna's most competitive residential markets. The visuals had to make sure buyers stopped long enough to hear it.
The brief was to make it belong to Arndtgasse.
MERIDIAN VISUAL™ captured ARNDT from the corner of Arndtgasse, honouring the scale of the facade, the warmth of the materials, and the way the balcony planting brings life to every level. The surrounding streetscape was treated as part of the composition, grounding the development in its neighbourhood and communicating the lifestyle of the address.
