The client wanted a private residence that felt entirely sheltered from the outside world. Timber screening, board formed concrete, and deep overhangs chosen not for aesthetics but for what they do. A home that closes itself off with intention and opens only on its own terms.

MERIDIAN VISUAL™ captured SOLACE from the street, honouring the weight of the concrete, the grain of the timber, and the way the slatted screens cast shadow across the facade as the light moves through the day. The surrounding palms and tropical planting were treated as part of the composition, not background to it.
