The project needed to establish a distinctive architectural identity while preserving a calm and understated relationship with the coastal landscape. The visual direction focused on the experience of moving between enclosed interiors, shaded balconies and open sea views. Repeated arches create shelter and rhythm, while warm timber and layered planting soften the building’s larger form.
