The client wanted a development that felt drawn from the coastline rather than placed within it. Every material, every curve, and every surface had to belong to the landscape before it belonged to the building.

MERIDIAN VISUAL visualised CALA from the street to the water, honouring the sweep of the facade and the way the building settles into its coastal site as though it was always meant to be there.
