Riverline is a contemporary residential precinct centred on waterside living. The main building rises through a series of stepped, curved levels, while lower residential blocks, planted pathways and the riverfront landscape establish a more connected neighbourhood setting.

The project needed to establish a clear architectural identity while remaining closely connected to the scale and movement of the waterfront. The visual direction focused on the relationship between the building, the river and the wider landscape. Stepped terraces reduce the perceived mass, while continuous balconies, public paths and planted edges create a gradual transition between private residences and the water.
The result is a cohesive vision of waterfront living: generous in scale, refined in expression and shaped by its relationship to the river.
