Finwood is the final sectional title residential development within Burgundy Estate, offering 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The project required clear exterior visuals to communicate architectural character, estate context, and lifestyle appeal to support off plan sales. We delivered a series of exterior visualisations focused on accurately representing the architecture, landscaping, and shared amenities. The visuals were used across sales and marketing material to help buyers understand the development at a glance and build confidence early in the sales process.
