Skywater is a contemporary residential development in Century City, comprising 122 apartments across multiple buildings. The project required a visual approach that could clearly communicate architectural intent, setting, and lifestyle to support off plan sales in a competitive market. We worked closely with the project team to produce a coordinated suite of visuals, including exterior and interior imagery, aerial views, and supporting marketing assets. The focus was on clarity and consistency, helping buyers understand the development’s relationship to the surrounding lake, the quality of the living spaces, and the overall character of the project. The resulting visuals formed a central part of the sales and marketing material, contributing to a confident market presence and a fully sold development.
