House Reid is a luxury private residence in Cape Town, designed with a strong architectural identity and refined material language. The project required clear and accurate visuals to communicate design intent, massing, and materiality during the approval process. We produced a series of exterior visualisations to support the architect in presenting the proposal, helping the client clearly understand the design direction, spatial relationships, and overall character of the home. The visuals played a key role in aligning stakeholders, streamlining the approval process, and providing confidence in the final architectural outcome.
