Junxion Park is a modern commercial development comprising multiple office and retail blocks. The project required clear, commercially focused visuals to support leasing and communicate layout efficiency and rental information. We delivered a coordinated suite of exterior and interior visualisations, detailed 3D floor plans, marketing ready 2D plans, and a structured brochure incorporating the full rent schedule. The focus was on clarity and usability, ensuring layouts, parking provision, sustainability intent, and leasing data could be easily understood. The resulting visuals formed a key part of the leasing and marketing process, supporting tenant engagement and positioning Junxion Park as a future focused commercial offering.
