Horizon Residences is a boutique contemporary duplex development defined by strong horizontal architecture and light-filled interiors for modern living. We partnered with the client to translate this architectural intent into a cohesive visual system that extends beyond CGI. Alongside high-end architectural visualisation, we developed the project’s visual identity and on-site hoarding graphics to ensure a consistent, premium presence. Our approach focused on clarity and continuity. The CGI communicates proportion, openness, and material restraint, while the visual identity and hoarding reinforce the development’s positioning in the physical environment, capturing attention and building trust. The result is a unified, market-ready visual package that aligns architecture, branding, and on-site communication, giving the development a confident and recognisable presence in a competitive market.
